From our earliest years, we served as the exclusive distributor for Baxter's full line of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis products and we reached 95% market share in peritoneal dialysis products and 30% market share in hemodialysis products — both ranking first in Taiwan. When Baxter subsequently proposed to acquire our dialysis business, we accepted in the spirit of integrity that has always guided our operations, and worked to ensure a smooth, 100% transfer of the business — a reflection of our commitment to the partners we work with.
Building on this foundation, we have now expanded our portfolio to include a range of products for physical rehabilitation, radiation oncology, and operating room devices.
